I love animals . . don't get me wrong . . but when these Vets hold your pet to account and won't release your pet who needs emergency treatment from being hit by a car with exhobident fees and won't offer you a payment plan - is it any wonder why I personally CHOOSE not to OWN a pet Really Furious . . my friends who were staying overnight brought their 7 months old pup to stay with us and we've been so careful in making sure the gates were shut and we had her locked in the house while we went to the shops and the other lady... read more
The worst vet on the east coast and south coast of Australia. Missed diagnosis, over medication and no empathy resulted in the death of my beloved Ziggy. All she wanted to do was up-sell teeth clean, nail clip, shampoo. Didn't listen to his bronchitis or medical history. Vets in Qld, Nsw and rural Vic looked after Ziggy really well over his 12 years. Not this vet. Kept sending emails trying to sell more product. No message of condolence when I told her he had died whimpering. Hateful.
I have been taking out animals here for the past 6 plus years. After the last encounter I will never take our dog back there. Out Labrador has had a major operation in the past 28montgs that this vet happily charged us $5000 plus for. Last Friday at 7.15pm we phoned the clinic advising he was not eating and we were worried about him.
