Kristen was great! She is easy to deal with, no pressure, and looked out for us at every step of the way. I'd highly recommend her as a real estate agent. Kristen was great as my advocate to help this deal go through. She has an outstanding understanding not just of the real estate transaction process, but the loan process as well. Kristen helped us buy our first home while we were across the country in San Diego. Her communication is excellent as even with a 3 hour time difference she kept me updated the whole time. When we needed to do repairs, she made herself available so we wouldn’t have to fly across the country to do it
Christina Weisbrod was fantastic. She was always quick to answer any questions, super friendly and optimistic (after a few offers being passed over by the sellers), and just helpful in every way. It was my wife's first time buying a home and Christina helped to put her at ease and understand the steps in the process.
This was our first time buying a home. Cody was extremely patient with us and helped us understand the buying market and process. Cody was responsive when we had questions outside of our in-person home showings. He listened to us and made sure to offer showings that were within our wants and needs. I will use Cody again in the future for when we upgrade to our second home. I will also recommend Cody to friends and family looking for an agent.
My experience with Cody (@Bob & Ronna Group) was top-tier! I can’t sing enough praises. I was a tough cookie too…a first-time home buyer in the military, an absolutely nervous wreck about buying my own place. We found the perfect condo after I actually gave up 3 months in (I loved that he was able to pivot and find rental locations for me as well) and we purchased it last August. He moves at high-speed, was always willing to ask the tough questions for me and made sure I was comfortable through every step of the process.
