Excellent customer service from Romana very bubbly, friendly and made our full experience very enjoyable. Even if it was the strongest cocktail on the menu she picked for my husband 😂😂

Staff were really nice and friendly. Unfortunately the food wasn’t great- we ordered a selection of sharers which were quite bland. Overall disappointed with the experience and felt it wasn’t very good value for money.

Went for a few snacks and drinks for my mums birthday before we headed out. The waitor asked why we were in town and we told him about my mums birthday. When he came back with our drinks order, he gave my mum a birthday shot as a surprise. We were shocked to see that we had been charged £4.95 for this shot considering we didn't ask for it. It was a lovely touch but as it was a gesture, we shouldn't have been charged for it.

Meat feast burger, sharing nachos and loaded fries was very tasty. Cocktails were so good. Same with the shots.

Ordered 2 cocktails 1was a standard martini glass & the other was the smallest martini glass I had ever seen but was £10 ??? I had the the Monday special " £10 chicken burger which came with tater tots & was NICE my daughters came & was a similar burger but had ham popped in & was £13 & side of fries £4 looked exactly the same . Only the service was 10/10 .

With regards to the drinks the small martini glass (nik n nora) is used for high alcohol by volume cocktails. As for the Lunch deal vs The Itailian Job burger and side there should have been a distinguishable difference in the side portion size.
