Staff seemed very stressed around busyness. There was a fair wait for drinks and food (no fault to waiters/waitresses who kept us informed of the wait). We were advised to have starters with our main due to the wait for food. Drinks took around 20 mins to arrive after ordering. Food was great though!

Food was good. Service was friendly but they seemed understaffed. There was an issue with our bill at the end where they charged us £25 for five sliders when the menu states six for £22. We asked for six chicken, but they didn’t have six. The bill was then re-done about four times. Overall the food was good but service needed tightened up a bit.

We really enjoyed our time here because the food was very tasty, drinks great and mostly also because our server- I think their name was Ro, with short brown hair- was super bubbly, friendly, the perfect amount of attentive and non-intrusive. You can tell they are a great team member and a great person, and should be recognised as a valued member of boozy cow! Was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

Yesterday was not the first time in boozy cow. We usually like to go about the cocktails and in general everything it's perfect but yesterday, the service was horrendous because no one came to our table all night. Also, we wait 1h20min To give us food. I hope this only happened one day
