Nothing like moving your coffee cup box to find this. Called Emergency Maintenance and they tried telling me it could wait. When I called him back and told him he was coming today because my child or my dog was not going to get sick. He SIGHED and gave me the ole “I’ll be there when I can” line. Are you kidding me?! FYI you only have one day to pay your rent on the 1st. The next day it’s an automatic $75 late fee. And the next late fee after that was $50. No grace period for them. God forbid don’t ever get behind. Will be moving out after my lease for this very reason.

Hi Jessica, Rent is like any other bill, there’s a due date and a late fee. It is true Rent is indeed due on the first of every month, there’s a 10 day grace period before the second late fee. We provide a 24-hour drop box in front of our office, rent can also be paid online with the option to setup auto-pay. It was a good experience moving there, nice area, with pool and gym, but moving out was a horrible experience, they took all my deposit because I left my old microwave there, i went to talk to management about it and try to show them pics I took to show them that I left the place clean, they told me that I had to dispute my refund by sending them letters, I think that was stupid, and they do that just so you dont try to get your deposit back.
I applied for this place in 2015 when I was moving from NY to here, they took a 100 dollars deposit and 3 years later they still have not refunded it. I have contacted them several times but no response
