Terrible place to rent. Don't be fooled by their complex renters lies to lure you in and be stuck with broken everything, thin walls, too much noise, trash everywhere, unsecured and hidden fees. Worst place in Stone Oak community:( Not kidding folks!
RecommendedWell I went in there today to show my daughter why I was looking at for our new home. I had been there once before a few months ago and spoke to the young man at the front office named Eric and he showed showed me a one bedroom plan 802 sq.ft and rentavated and quated me $870.00 for second floor. So I thought this was going to work because I'm a newly single mom with a teen age daughter that goes to Reagan and it fit my budget. The worst thing the complex have is their office employees. The people in the leasing office are absolutely horrible and rude, very unprofessional. They have the worst attitudes when you're not even discussing a complaint or anything with them and laugh in your face when you ask for information. You can not trust in the administration, the manager is awful and she never address your concerns, she hide in her office. And the place still dirt. Horrible and mean customer service and leasing staff!!!
This place is no bueno.
