RecommendedWent today to see if they had a studio apartment or one bedroom available for January. Johnathon helped us out today and was absolutely GREAT! He answered all our questions! Helped us with the application process and everything! Love it here! Especially the location it’s close to the school and down town which is perfect for social interactions!
If I could give the boundary negative stars, I would. The people here will con you in every way can. They are the worst about about false advertising. They will post on Instagram and advertise that they are almost full, 90% occupied which is the biggest lie they use to rush you into signing a lease at “discount rate” then a week later they will advertise a much better deal like $535 a month. They stole my sublease person THAT I FOUND ON MY OWN and advertised him a rate $150 less than mine then lied on the sublease paperwork ... read more
They have threatened to turn me over to a collection agency for an amount of money ($97) they previously agreed in email that I do not owe. They now are refusing to get back to me. I wouldn’t recommend them for this reason. I’m going to have to sue them for statutory damages if they proceed to harm my credit fraudulently.
This is NOT the place for a studious child...several complaints of noisy neighbors after 10pm with no resolve. Be ware before placing a serious student here...disaster for a bookish kid. Nice looking complex, but NOT for serious students
I thought this was going to be a great place to live, but it has truly been horrible. The only good thing about this is that it is so close to campus. The staff does not care about you or your needs/requests and don't seem to want to help in any situation, maintenance takes forever, very poorly built and insulated as I can hear everything in the surrounding apartments, even people coughing. It is so loud in the courtyard at night with dogs barking, people blasting music and people screaming outside AND there is not anyone on... read more
The dogs keep you up all night with excessive barking. The management has not done anything about it after multiple calls due to the fact the dog is "probably registered and paid for". Pretty ridiculous when you can't sleep in your apartment due to a dog barking for 2+ hours. If I am a paying to live here I should not have to deal with excessive noise problems coming from a dog.
My daughter and her roommate called on Friday and reported their air conditioning was not working. They have received no response and as of Sunday, with temps in the upper 90's, have no resolution to the issue. This is unacceptable!! This is the second time in less than a year of living in the "brand new" building that they have had issues with the air conditioning.
