Cozy and comfortable room Very comfortable bed though the comforter needed a duvet cover instead of just being sandwiched between 2 sheets. Room with a king size bed was quite small but had everything we needed. Sometimes the front office doesn't answer the phone which can be annoying.

I arrived in Boston via Amtrak and the Boxer was within easy walking distance of the train station which is also a transportation hub to get around the city. My hotel room was compact but very nicely finished, super-clean and well maintained. There were lots of amenities in the room, such as a blow dryer, ironing board, bathrobe etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I travel to Boston in the future.

Check in was at 3. My room wasn't available until between 4:30-5:00. I wasn't extended a later checkout nor was I informed what time checkout actually was.

Weekend Getaway We arrived rather late and the main door was supposed to be locked and it wasn’t. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong smell of marijuana. No one was at the front desk but the front desk clerk appeared shortly thereafter. We asked about parking and he didn’t give clear answers until we asked more questions. The room was decent, view was horrible. The toilet didn’t work properly and there was black mold around the light in the shower. The bed was comfortable.
