Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The Boxer. The front desk staff was helpful with questions that arose. The housekeeping staff was probably the only issue during our stay. One staff member was screaming/talking extremely loudly in the hallway presumably talking to someone else as she was cleaning a room near ours.
Just wanted to enjoy a night out and have a good time.
Very cute hotel right in the heart of downtown Boston. I loved that we could walk anywhere from the Boxer- it was very convenient. the rooms are pretty small, but that wasn't a big deal as, in my opinion, on a trip, you should be out and about and exploring. The bed was so comfortable!
The location of the Boxer is wonderful! Obviously Boston has unlimited eating options but we actually had breakfast at the hotel all three days of our stay, the food was incredible and the staff was also. We didn’t get to try dinner but saw it being served and it looked amazing as well! We would stay again!, let it known that it is a boutique hotel and the rooms are very small, so it is not a hotel where you can lounge around in your room and honestly if you are in Boston, you shouldn’t be in your room !! No valet parking. No nearby parking. 10 minute walk in heat with luggage through sketchy area to awful parking garage. Windows caked with dirt.
Wonderful, clean hotel. Easy access from airport, and great location for getting around Boston. Would stay again.
The hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly. The rooms are on the small side and some aspects need updating/fixing; for example, our mini-fridge did not work and the bathtub faucet dripped. Also, the parking is very expensive.
