Awesome Amazing place, near almost every attraction between Downtown and North End, amazing staff and bedroom!
Customer service was good but the housekeeping was very slow. It was fully booked and there is only one elevator so Kee that in mind.
Great location, parking could be better
Needs a pillow upgrade The staff was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows hurt my neck.
There is no on-site laundromat for guests. The hotel offers a laundry pick-up service for a fee, but prices are per item of clothing and will add up quickly. Save your money and just go to the nearest laundromat (10-15 minute walk). Otherwise, the room was nice and clean. The staff are friendly and will help you with any special requests. The Boxer is a clean and friendly hotel that is located close to all mayor colleges and universities as well as restaurants and shopping centers.
Last minute wedding in my family so we got in at 1 AM and left the same day by 11 AM. I wanted to eat breakfast at the attached café a little before 10 AM before I had to leave for the wedding at 10:45, but I only got my meal at 10:40 so I had to choke it down.. understaffed Café and the people at the front desk were disorganized, even though they were trying very hard to be accommodating. Location is good. Staff isn’t very knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities and policies. Water bottles were not replaced every single day - only two bottles were provided for the entire stay. It’s a shame that there’s no microwave in the rooms.
