Everyone was super friendly, helped with recommendations and service was excellent. It’s right by the subway station but there’s lots of walkable things to do. Hotel is clean, drink and food are very good as well. We were there for 4 days and definitely couldn’t fit everything in… we will be back!
Sofa bed was TERRIBLE. hotel was overall nice thou Check in was at 3? Maybe 4. But we arrived at 4:10. Our room was not ready for another hour. We had some where to be. While we waited in the lounge there was no bar tender or food.
Great place Very nice place. Rick, front desk clerk was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly. Free parking and walking distance to TD Garden
Disappointed The staff was lovely - but a few issues. Turning the shower on was a near impossible task, and there was not enough lotion. Sheets had holes,
The staff were all incredibly nice, the hotel was beautiful, the food from the restaurant was delicious!
