Nice property, nice rooms, and restaurant / bar in hotel is nice. Excellent location to TD Garden.
Everything was fine until......this morning. Upon checking out I was told that the night worker who checked me in gave me the wrong parking instructions. This was after asking her 4 times to ensure I was parking in the correct parking garage. This was very disappointing especially since I paid more to park then expected.
Amazing hotel, rooms are really comfortable and silent, perfect place to rest. The staff is extremely happy, there was this guy named Ricky who's the friendliest ever! Food was good, breakfast was delicious. Zero complaints whatsoever.
The property was in close distance to TD Garden Arena. The hotel could have better parking don’t like you have to park a block away and walk to the hotel but other than that the hotel was excellent
