convenient location; very comfortable beds; would have liked a microwave in the room
We had breakfast the following morning. The place was very busy. Only 1 young girl working. She was running her butt off. She stayed very focused and very cheerul!!! Seemed like maybe a manager near by but never offered to help her at all. She even had to run to get a bottle of champagne for us, which was not in the bar area. So probaly had to go to the basement for it. The guy could of at least gone and got that for her.
Great location. Close to many things.
Convenient stay for concert/game goers as it’s right around the corner from TD Garden. The staff at the desk were so kind and helpful making check in and out pleasant. There is a place to eat and bar, but unfortunately it was understaffed so the wait was long. However, those working did their BEST in trying to get multiple jobs done and remained in good spirits despite the situation. Definitely would stay here again!
Only thing that caught my eye was black hairs on shower walls that weren’t ours….
