We were there for 3 nights. We were not told, until checkout, that there was an amenity fee ($20.00 a day) that included the bottled water in the refrigerator and other things. So we had to pay. the fee but did not get anything for it. Bed was comfortable. Towels were taken away but not replaced. The location was within walking distance to the sight-seeing tour bus.

Ät inte i matsalen. Personalen cid front desk trevliga och tillmötesgående. Matsalen där jag åt frukost två gånger var inte kul. Dålig mat, dålig service, dyrt, långsamt. Rummen OK

Quaint hotel in a good location for North End. The rooms are quite small, but perfectly adequate, and very clean.

Very convenient to North Station and easy walking distance to many sites around Boston. Our room was nice although the sleeper sofa was pretty flimsy. The elevator wasn’t working while we were there; the staff kindly moved our room to a lower floor so it wasn’t really a problem and also gave us some credit to use in the restaurant. This was also one of the most affordable rooms during April vacation week. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly, but they were understaffed. My hotel room had a big crack in window and the fridge was quite loud. Room was clean. Rating would have been higher. However, I booked a hotel that was not quite as nice as it promised to be.
