Very kind upon arrival!
The hotel staff were informative of what the hotel has to offer at check in. Parking validated in close parking garage for $40. Thr room was clean with well stocked options if wanted. Very short walk to TD Garden, Fanual hall and north end.
Loved this hotel. Unique and in a great area, we will certainly be staying here again!!
Great location next to TD Garden. Room was clean. Service was good but slow, long line to check in because there was only 1 person working the front desk. Only other complaint is the plug outlets on the nightstand are so loose that the plug doesn’t stay in, they need to be replaced!
Didn’t like parking at federal building. Long walk and very confusing to process ticket Also upon arrival there was a parking lot right next to the hotel which tried to have us park for $60. Scammers!
