Brendan was so helpful in our home search. We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for and he came up with several options for us to start narrowing down what we were interested in. Once we found the house we wanted, he was there every step of the way. Responded quickly to any and every question we had and guided us through our first home buying experience. We are truly grateful to him and all he did for us!
Brendan is great to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, good communication skills, easy going to help with the stressful situation of selling your home (on a bit of a deadline). Knew the market and helped me to get the best deal for my home. Settlement went thru after I had left the state and Brendan was super point of contact for me after I had moved.
Brendan was always there for us when we needed him and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Very knowledgeable with the market and explained everything to us every step of the way.
We have worked with Brendan now for two years. He's wonderful! When we sold our house he did an excellent job with pictures and helping us get as much as possible back. We also have purchased a home through him and he was determined to find us our dream house. Didn't rush us, or push us into anything until we knew it was the right one. He is a wonderful realtor to work with and he's like family now. Highly recommend him!
Very on top of his game. Sold our house, found us a rental, and now we are purchasing our next house with him. I love the fact that he lives in the 21st century and uses technology to keep everything quick and seamless. One house we couldn't make it to and so he went and facetimed us with his iPad. So cool. Also being able to sign all of our documents digitally gave us the upper hand with getting things submitted and eventually winning the bid on our new house we will be owning within the month.
