Decent quality/nice perks Pros: I absolutely love that a W/D is included in the unit and it's already lumped into your rent. The kitchen size is probably my second favorite thing about Deerfield. It's truly the closest thing you'll get to a full sized kitchen in an apartment. Never had a problem with neighbors. Everyone is friendly and relatively quiet in the wee hours. Cons: Not the biggest fan of the head maintenance guy. He's been very rude on more than one face to face encounter. I've come home a few times to find that t... read more

Deerfield This complex isn't new but does offer good amenities. The office staff has recently changed which made customer service much better. I love the pool and the location is great.
