We were impressed from the time we walked in and met Ashley Jones. Ashley went above and beyond to get us into an apartment and the RIGHT apartment for our needs and wants. Once we moved in the personal attention didn't stop there, the staff has been on top of any issues or needs that we have had moving in and getting settled. When I asked about how to do a specific item Ashley was nice enough...
Overall the Brooklyn is a great place to live. The location can't be beat, the apartments are brand new, and the staff is extremely friendly. Ashley does a great job organizing social events each month for the residents as well.
The staff at the Brooklyn, Riverside in Jacksonville is AWESOME! The go over, above and beyond in delivering top quality, first class customer service. I love it at the Brooklyn. Very professional, awesome office and maintenance staff that gets things done professionally. Gotta love em!
