Excellent Service
I travelled from red deer(9:25am) to Calgary on 19th June. The journey was smooth. The driver was really polite, I could say the best as his communication skills was excellent. Additionally, I reached at time and there were some snacks in the bus which made this bus service different from others. Thank you Canada bus.
It's my 1st bus ride and truly enjoyed the ride from calgary Downton edmonton south mall. The driver is very courteous and make sure everyone is comfortable and safe in the trip. Also the bus in clean and spacious. Plus, the snack as complimentary is top notch. I'll definitely ride this bus again

Used the service for the first time this weekend and the bus going up to Calgary was great! The bus going back to Edmonton was late which fine, whatever. Once we reached Red Deer he assumed someone was flipping the foot rest into the back of the seat when it was the seat behind us that was shifting every time we turned a corner or the bus shifted weird and I explained that to him when we got off but he just out right said nope, that he will ban whoever it was if he knew.
