It’s good been living out here a year now.. and I haven’t had no problems at all… it’s very quiet and when I need things fixed they get it done… Eugenia and mrs ebony is very understanding and will work with u if needed I love my apartment and the ppl in my building unit… I like how they have lil events for the apartments community

I love it! I love this apartment complex! All of the apartments are spacious, with large walk-in closets, and balconies. The apartments all wrap around the office in a large u-shape with plenty of parking. The apartment complex is a gated community and the staff are very welcoming. A large hospital is right across from the complex, and a little ways down the road is a fire station.
Lot of potential Out-in-the-Woods has a lot of potential. It's in a great location in town, it has very kind staff, and the units are well laid out. But there are some maintenance issues. The appliances are pretty out of date and in the older buildings need replacing. The older buildings also have issues with being properly sealed so electric bills can start getting pretty high.
