Overall, I'm very happy with the Canopy. The first thing I noticed was how clean and new everything is. The second is the staff who have all been very nice and helpful. They are taking good care of my mom who fell not too long ago and fractured her pelvis (she was not in their care when it happened) so her level of care has been increased since she first moved in. My Mom needed more daily care than our family could give. We were so fortunate to have The Canopy at Azalea Grove, a brand-new facility, open in our area and close to our home. During this time of pandemic, Mom has been staying safe and healthy in the Canopy community. There are great options for dining as well as fun, daily activities to stay engaged. Called to explore options for my grandparents. Although we were not able to make a move due to extenuating circumstances, the staff was very friendly and transparent in the pricing and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. We felt that this was a nice community who not only cared for the residents but also appeared to care for their staff.

The community is like living in a plush hotel, and the facility is beautiful. I feel that their goal is to provide excellent care and dont focus on only the money. You
