We love the staff members at The Canopy a t Boynton Ridge and they always have different activities going on for the residents there. The way the staff treats & care for the residents & the other residents making them feel welcome
Finding the right place to care for your parents is not an easy task. After visiting 10+ locations we scheduled a visit with the new facility, The Canopy at Boynton Ridge. From day one The caregivers and staff have always strived to treat the residents with respect and dignity. The rooms and common areas are always kept clean and smell fresh. They've helped me a lot. They are very good with my mom. They got her calmer and have worked out her meds. They are very protective of her and treat her very well. I love the staff - everybody is friendly. They stay in contact with me and let me know what's going on. They serve high quality food and offer a lot of activities. I initially had sticker shock with the price, but I did shop around, and they're in line with other places.
Our family had an in person tour and we felt that everyone we met with was very friendly and very accommodating but they just did not seem to have enough activities going on for our loved ones liking.
The Canopy at Boynton Ridge was a great place and we had a good experience. It was a new facility with absolutely beautiful views and all of the staff were extremely friendly.
I love The Canopy. They help me with everything. It's so fun to live here!
Overall pleased
this is a really good place and a good fit for my loved one. the other residents have encouraged her to take part in activities, as she was not doing so on her own. we're appreciative that the community accepted her cat as well. my loved one moved in under not so good circumstances, but quickly adjusted to living at this community comfortably and happily.
Sometimes when you walk in, there is nobody there so anyone can just walk in and we thought that was kind of shocking. I think they could use improvement on communication to families on things that are going on within the facility. Overall it is a nice place that is clean and the staff members are friendly. I just think there are some things that they could improve on.
