We appreciate the five-star review, Natalie. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback on our community and staff.
I visited this facility I didn't like The Carlisle Naples. It was old-looking to me. That's the only one I didn't care for. I just didn't like the feel. People were parking on the streets in front of it, so I don't think there's a lot of parking either. The staff were nice though. They had a pool and a gym. For me, it's just okay, but I would never consider living there.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom moved in at The Carlisle Naples in November. Craig, the salesperson, was great. He was wonderful. They're just taking good care of my mom. She's independent, but they're taking good care of her, keeping an eye on her. The food there is wonderful. Everybody's nice. It's a great facility. There's a movie theater, exercises, a pool, Mahjong, Bridge, and Rummikub. Just lots of activities. There's a calendar every day that's given, and you pick whatever you want to do. Y... read more
I visited this facility I went to The Carlisle Naples. It's very nice. The staff seemed very nice. The people who lived there seem to have a good rapport with them. The floor plan seemed nice. I think I looked at two different ones. I was interested in a larger one, so I looked at those. The patios were very small, but the kitchen facilities looked very nice. Everything about it looked nice. They have some parking. It's outside parking, so it's not protected in any way. They have a swimming pool, it looked very nice. They ha... read more
I visited this facility The staff at The Carlisle Naples seemed very friendly, and the food was good. I really didn't see anything I didn't like. It's very clean. They had a gym and a very nice pool. It was a nicely maintained facility. It's not far from the library and not far from grocery stores. It's close to churches. It's centrally located.
I am absolutely amazed by the care they have taken to keep our loved ones safe. I am so appreciative of all of their efforts. Great job Bill Diamond and staff!
Thank you Cindy!
We are helping my 96 year old mom move into the Carlisle this week! We had such a great experience getting all the info, logistics, help and kindness from the wonderful Ann Crandall, the sales counsellor there. She has made it so easy to make this transition which in some situations could be stressful. With Ann it has been the opposite - we're all looking forward to visiting mom in this wonderful new homestead. Thank you Ann!
Thank you, Mr. Siegel! We're looking forward to having her as a resident. Please be sure to join us for any of the wonderful special events and activities that take place each month.
I visited this facility I liked The Carlisle Naples because of their presentation and the way they do their levels of care. You can get the amount of care you need without bundling a whole bunch of other stuff. The staff was very caring about the people as we went around and were very good at explaining things to us. It was a good meeting. It's very convenient to Naples. They have a whole list of programs that go on every day. You can choose what you want to do. The dining is excellent and that's also provided 12 hours a day... read more
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My sister had an easy and very good transition to The Carlisle. They have a very supportive environment that allows the residents to still feel their independence in a lot of ways. They have a lot of activities and classes that are engaging. They sit her with different people at mealtimes, so she has been able to develop friendships. That's really nice. The staff is very good, the food is excellent, and she likes it.
