We were told we were purchasing a good carpet. The carpet was installed. The carpet on our stairs looked awful after a year. Called the owner of Carpet Shoppe and he told me I should have been told that stairs do not fall under the warranty of the carpet. But he would give me a piece of industrial carpet to put on the stairs. Really!!!! We also had our basement done at the same time. Our...
