If you are looking for a place that has a low cost, very few rules and stipulations and will fit as many people as you want....this is the place for you! Most wedding venues make you use one of their vendors. The fact that we could bring in our own food and decline the bar package saved us tons of money. The carriage house is absolutely beautiful it's a country with a lot of elegance everything I was looking for. Mrs. Kenni was AWESOME she truly is the sweetest lady and accommodated all my needs. I could not have ask for a better venue. From one bride to the next book at The Carriage House you won't be disappointed!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kenni & The Carriage House! Such a beautiful venue, and working with her was a completely stress free experience. This is really a beautiful venue. The owner is wonderful to work with and was flexible with all of our accommodations except to set-up. I know a lot of venue are now giving you less time to set-up and it is pretty common in the industry, but 10 am for a 5 pm wedding just wasn't enough time for us to do all we need to do. Just keep that in mind when you are selecting your venue. I still would have selected the venue just hired more people to help... The Carriage House by Walters Wedding Estates's reply: I just want to make clear that The Carriage House staff provides complete set-up of tables and chairs and complete tear-down and clean-up at the end of the reception. When you arrive on wedding day morning at 10 am, your tables and chairs are already set-up and dressed with the tablecloths that you've ordered and ready for you to add your personal decor.
The Carriage House is absolutely amazing and brings a whole new meaning to "rustic". It is the perfect balance of rustic and glam. From the chandeliers to the architecture of the venue, everything is just perfect. The outdoor ceremony site is just gorgeous.
