It's a shame you don't offer nail trims during the pandemic. I had to source another veterinary service (translation: your client base may deteriorate before you are able to reopen for full services. I realize nail trims probably cost your business more than they pay, but goodwill toward our pets alone should have made the decision to continue nail trims a no-brainer. Many people are NOT able to trim their cats' nails.
