Exceptional Parking was an issue. There is no option for parking other than Valet. We did not use our vehicle during our trip but were left finding parking garages. Very energetic Hotel with great accessibility to food and nightlife. The Staff was very friendly.
2nd times a charm no one to answer phone after certain hour seems like they updated property second time staying and must say i am very pleased
Good The bedroom window faced another bedroom window less than 3 meters away. We were in the Dorset building. the hotel is made up of 3 buildings Catalina, Dorset and Maxine. There is a happy hour at the Maxine but unfortunately no non-alcoholic cocktails and no concierge for luggage either. We took a king room and were upgraded to a junior suit by booking.com. The staff is really helpful and professional

I’ve been staying there since they opened. I’ve been staying there since they opened. They’ve changed the room (added color). I loved the taco place and the bars out front. They’ve added so much to the property. I also enjoyed the garden area. The staff was also very friendly. The location is great for walking
