Where do I begin with the unprofessionalism? I have been trying to pay my bill for 4 months. Every time I call I am told that their machine is down. Finally today I was told that the number in the bill is wrong and I have to call the office. I called the office. They answered after I held on the phone for 30 minutes. Called to make an appointment. I described the pain as bordering extreme and was effectively immobilized. They couldn’t be bothered to treat it like it was important so they just let it sit over the weekend instead of passing the request on the Friday. Dr Ruben Alexander.. My experience with him was not pleasant.... before my appointment I could hear him bickering with the patient that was before me.... he then went into another room where he was talking about her I was able to hear everything he said.... he is not professional and I would not recommend him.

now that Dr. Alexander and Dr. Campbell don't go to the Buffalo location, trying to get medication filled is very difficult! I drove to Henderson today and they have me see a PA ,she can't fill prescriptions either. so if I need pain medication, where do I go, if not to my pain management doctors? terribly disappointed with their services I’m so sick of you guys giving me the run around! Dr Campbell was an excellent and caring physician before he opened up his own practice. He seems to have forgotten what compassion is in the last three years. I was a patient when he was with Nevada Pain and followed him when he opened his practice despite it being on the other side of town. For six months, the care was what I had come to expect and then it deteriorated. The office is always in chaos due to the constant turnover of staff.
