Service from Dora was outstanding. Front of the house is well staffed and take you to the table right away. nice menu and the chicken dishes were both tasty and not dry. its a good menu and priced reasonably for a casual dining place.
Food here is always good, and being on a diet, I was able to switch out sides for a salad with no eye rolling, just great service and good food!
Everything went fine table was ready when we arrived for our reservation. The service was prompt and the server was very good and attentive.
The food was oK, the Calamari was not good. The service was fine. The manager was nice and took the Calamari off the bill.
Seated quickly with a reservation. Mixed drinks were very bad (captain and ginger and 2 Bahama mamas). Food came out quickly, but was not good either. Fettuccine Alfredo was light on sauce, noodles were undercooked, and sauce tasted like the like it had been curdled. Fried ravoli was under cooked in the fryer and had limited meat sauce. Regular ravioli was overcooked. Garlic parmigiana was excellent, and have had good takeout experiences for “comfort Italian staples”, but the restaurant experience was lacking.
Good dinner
Every guest ordered something different. It was served in a timely manner and was hot. Nicole was our waitress and checked in often to see if we needed anything. This was my first visit to the Chateau, it won’t be my last.
We went because we had a gift card for over a year. Haven’t been to this Chateau in about 15 years. Didn’t care for the food then but went because of the gift card. The waitress was wonderful very attentive and informative. The food was nothing special. Two of us had pasta dishes and two had seafood. All were unimpressed.
everything was like a delicious home-cooked meal.
