Hit and miss. Chef came and spoke to us which was nice. Cappuccino hit the spot, Schnitzel Waffles were tasty. Schnitzel Poblano was ok, sauce was lacking flavor, quite bland and the chicken was so thin. Calamari was also okay, not a fan of the breading, a little soggy but the dipping sauces were spot on. Will definitely try again for dinner but will have to be a hard pass for brunch.
Great dinner . Our waitress Galina came in with recommendations and they were excellent. Very yummy , definitely returning .
WOW! Exceptional food, great service, a lovely conversation with chef Paul. He has really outdone himself with The Chef's Table! We LOVED Peli Peli but now, can I give our dinner last night 10 stars?!?! We ordered the Huguenot steak, lamp chops, sides to share - Brussel sprouts, potatoes, and sautéed spinach, plus the creme brule. Our waiter Daniel was very knowledgeable about both the menu and cocktails and created a custom martini for my husband. First time at this restaurant. Awesome food from start to finish. Thanks for a great evening out with my wife for date night . We went back again this Friday and once again awesome place love it.
My wife and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here , and the restaurant experience here was amazing. Staff, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Our waitress, Julia, was very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again in the near future.
A classy place to take your tastebuds on a delicious fun ride. All the food and drinks we ordered were presented so beautifully and they tasted so absohh-lutely yumm! It surely is an expensive place but the food is too good. The Kingklip we ordered was such a delicacy. And the Jerk snapper was presented so beautifully and it tasted equally scrumptious❤️.The desserts , Sticky toffee pudding and Passionfruit creme brulee were so beautifully made.
