Terrible company, they're essentially crooks. I do NOT recommend the Clean Plumbers!!! They botched the installation of a brand new State water heater and refuse to take responsibility for anything. The technicians were not careful during the attic installation. They wanted to charge for knocking away parts of the wooden stairwell leading up to the attic rather than simply lifting the unit through the removable panel in the ceiling (that should have been my first red flag from them. Rude receptionist Man appeared at my door, said,he was here to repair a toilet seat which has been repaired before. I told him I understood it was to be replaced. He said he would check on it. Minutes later I received a call from their office saying " he said you didn't answer the door. Would not let him in." This is absolutely not true and the young man told me he never said that.Poor customer service from the individual answering the phone.
I cannot believe the complete lack of professionalism and service from this company. I had everything set-up to install an electric water heater at my home prior to going into the hospital. I received a call from them today stating that they are canceling service to the Riverview area because of the price of gas. Under no circumstances use this company. I would have given it a "zero" star rating, if I could. ******* *
