RecommendedI recently signed a lease with Aspen Heights and they have done everything in their power to ensure my roommate and I move in on the date we want. We signed the lease to move in during August, however plans changed and we needed to move in during early July. They helped us make that possible, even though it seemed impossible. The location is great, the units are beautiful and the people are amazing! Aspen Heights is the way to go!
RecommendedI really love living in Aspen Heights. The houses are so cute and very well maintained. The admin works really hard to make its residents happy (especially Oriana and Morgan!!), and the maintenance staff is impeccable. One time i was locked out of my apartment and they came at 2am to let me in. If I could change one thing about Aspen Heights Norman it would be the addresses/street signs. Why are all the even addresses on the right of the complex and all the odd on the left? This makes it very complicated for my ubers/postmat... read more
RecommendedAspen Heights is the best complex in all of Norman! Ive lived here for two years now and couldn't imagine myself anywhere else. The units are super nice and ALL the staff is super helpful and kind. They truly care about their residents and take great care of us! Free food, pool parties, and many other things are offered.
RecommendedI love Aspen Heights! I am going into my 3rd year of living here and I couldn't imagine living anywhere but here for my college experience. Management is very patient and has helped me with roommate problems and other minor kinks. Maintenance is super fast, and always goes above and beyond with all requests. Truly feels like a home away from home:)

RecommendedTheir gym is better than any other gym I’ve seen at housing places in Norman. I like how it’s 2 stories and separates the weight room from the cardio room!
