Karmen made my experience so easy and sh was so warm and welcoming. If I did have any doubts I definitely don’t now after speaking with her. She was so knowledgeable and understanding. She answered all of my questions and even broke them down in detail. I am so great full to have her on my side. Thank you karmen for everything and I can not wait to begin my new journey.
