Mrs. Yolanda Johnson was so helpful there was a hold up with my financial aid and through all my frustrations she kept in constant contact with me letting me know everything she was doing and she never let me go through it alone she one of the biggest reasons I stuck it out

Alexandria Vela was my career service advisor and she was the absolute BEST!!!! She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my new career as a Certified Medical Assistant. Having that extra support and encouragement comes a very long way. Not sure where I would be right now without her support. Chcp was wonderful.. I received plenty of help from them. Even after the death of my mom I was allowed to take time off and came back.. my advisor always checked on me once a week.. Even when I needed help someone was available. The closer it got to me finishing I wanted to give up but my advisor would always say "you're doing a great job keep going your almost done" so that gave me hope.
