Michael Basquez was an amazing help. My first week was so confusing but emailing him helped me out a lot!
I had an issue that necessitated me complying for a class or leave the campus. Deciding to leave the campus, I saw Ms. Alford in the hall on my way to the lobby door. She noticed that I was agitated and asked what was my concern. After explaining the issue, Ms. Alford didn't pass the buck to someone else, I didn't have to make an appointment, and my issue was immediately resolved. Great job Ms. Alford. I appreciate the time you took addressing my concern and bringing me into compliance.
