I’ve made a terrible mistake. For the life of me I am not sure why this place was not on my radar sooner, but my wife suggested it for our anniversary dinner. After reviewing the menu and pics we gladly made the reservation. I am glad we did as everything from the food to the room to the great service exceeded our expectations. Well done! Please do start with a fine cocktail and the well curated cheese plate. Then it is off to the meat. Both of our steaks was perfectly done and delicious. Make haste to the Commodore!
The Commodore is a beautiful, historic restaurant with a menu offering a variety of unique, high-quality dishes and drinks. Happy hours are best...but an hour is best if you're feeling like sporting for something decadent. Casual, dress-up, or just hanging with your friends, you'll find the Commodore more than a little welcoming.
You can tell this place is full of a rich history. You can almost see the prominent people from earlier eras walking around. I attended a wedding party here that I'll never forget. I had a flat iron steak dinner with fries and my significant other had the most amazing pork chop I have ever had in my life. The mixologist was able to whip up whatever cocktail I wanted immediately. The deserts were off the charts, those pumpkin pie tarts WoW. The room we were located in was the perfect size for a party. It was inviting y... read more
