Good location, hotel is a bit of a dive The rooms are completely different to the lobby - it looms really nice but upstairs it’s much more sketchy feeling. The rooms are dated and not that clean Great location
Chicago ist mehr als eine Reise wert und dieses Hotel hat einen großen Vorteil: für tolle Lage durch die man keine Zeit Ich finde 180€ pro Nacht extrem hoch für ein recht abgewohntes Zimmer (und Bad). Bei solchen Preisen müsste alles in bester Ordnung sein, was leider nicht der Fall war. Top Lage für so gut wie alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Freundliche Reinigungskräfte. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar O hotel, como é bem antigo, de 1893, necessita de reformas, mas nada que atrapalhe a eatadia. Localização muito boa (de frente para a fonte de Buckingham e próximo a pontos de ônibus e estações de metrô e trem, restaurantes e comércios), custo benefício, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável... Hotel conta com bar e restaurante. Wi-Fi muito bom.

It was very satisfying. I was pleased about everything. The hotel was beautiful. The location was excellent in that it’s located near many of Chicago’s major cites. My room was spacious with a great view of Lake Michigan. When I return to Chicago in the future I would come back to the Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago.
Good Se oían mucho los ruidos de la calle y de otras habitaciones. Por la ventilación del baño entraba olor a tabaco, aunque cuando se lo dijimos en recepción, vinieron a limpiar el baño inmediatamente. Las escaleras tenían humedades. El servicio de habitaciones nos hizo la habitación todos los días. Habitación limpia. Ubicación inmejorable. Personal agradable. Calidad precio muy bien. Solicitamos mantas y nos las trajeron al instante.
