We would certainly stay here again! The entire hotel needs to be updated. I know that will be extremely expensive, but the hotel suffers from being out of date. Its location is SO ideal that it would be a shame if people avoid staying at it because it looks so old. the view of Lake Michigan was exceptional! The staff were friendly and took good care of us!

Beautiful, historic, and excellent location Great location. Very accessible to food, transportation, shopping, and entertainment. Loved the view of the lake.
great location, but expect old hotel that hasn't been renovated our rooms didn't have a thermostat that we could control so it was UNBEARABLY hot most of the time which made it difficult to sleep. Also, the carpet felt...weathered which didn't make it enjoyable to walk on. great location. bathroom amenities were top knotch.

Concert/game at Soldier Field great location to stay. Parking was only available offsite. A bellman must use a cart to take or gather things from her room. I wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to answer the phone. The room was clean and well-stocked. The location is excellent. Location, Location, Location - of course, it all depends on what you are in town for but we were within walking distance of everything we needed to be.
Very Good Muy mala la atencion por parte de las recepcionistas. Ampliamos nuestra estancia una noche más y fue un verdadero caos, se suponía que la persona que nos ayudó a hacerlo haría el cargo directamente, pero no fue así, al regresar de uno de nuestros paseos nos informaron que todas nuestras cosas las habían sacado de la habitación por no pagar y ademas que nos harian una multa. De los 4 días que estuvimos jamas nos limpiaron nada. Se supone que ponen 2 botellas de agua por habitacion y al pedir el agua correspondiente ... read more
