Pas mal mais dommage que le temps n'ai pas été parfait Le ménage en chambre n'est fait que tous les 2 jours. Robinetterie douche mal entretenue. Restaurant El Gazebo moins bien que lors de mon dernier séjour. Situation géographique. Vue sur le lac Michigan. 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel (le dernier en 2019)
Comfortable but disappointed about being lied to. First room we were given hadn't been serviced. Initially, we were told there were no rooms with views available then, all of a sudden, a room became available when we went back to reception with photos of an unmade bed, unflushed toilet, rubbish in the rubbish bin and takeaway cups on the table. Decent hotel for business stay in Chicago Well the rooms do need some goof refurbishment, you can see coat of paints over each other to hide ageing wood doors and boards but nothing really annoying. If you are going to do laundry, be patient... I had to chase for mine and from same day service I got them 3 days later... I had read the previous reviews of a 'dated hotel' but it was much better than I expected. The rooms are of a decent size, bed was great and very comfy. Wonderful The room/room options I had requested and the hotel manager put in the reservation did not result with our request. However, we did not make a fuss due to we still found our adjacent room comfortable for the evening. I was able to check in at noon.
Apesar do barulho dos aparelhos no quarto, a estadia foi muito boa e a vista era linda. Condicionador de ar e geladeira extremamente barulhentos no quarto.
