Congress Plaza is for us! N/A When we arrived, Steven was extremely kind and helpful. Both times we chatted with the lobby staff we were treated with great service. We asked to have a room near our friends and were pleased with the room we received. Room 574 was spacious and had an amazing view of the city.

Great stay! The bed was uncomfortable, Other than that, it's always a nice stay at the Congress! Love the location, more affordable than most of the hotels downtown. It's an older hotel but we like the charm of it. Rooms are spacious, and we have always lucked out with a nice view.
Great location and employees, could use some renovations. The bathroom was a little dated. You could see the metal parts a little rusty which was a disappointment considering the history and prestige of the hotel, a bathtube would have been nice. Also I think the TV could be better. The food was delicious and the location was unbeatable. I had an excellent view of the lake Michigan.
