Accomadating & Comfortable we had to contact the front desk because we booked a non-smoking city view king room and when we checked in we were set on the smoking side and the room didn’t have any view and was very small, thankfully we were switched without a problem but it was unfortunate that we were placed in a room we didn’t pay for. Pleasant Shower was cold! Took 10 min to warm up. Room way too hot! Cracks in floor of tub. Could not sit for a bath. Bed was compfortable.
