it was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again because the AC and no parking the AC wasn’t working in our room was so hot which made it hard to sleep and the front desk said it’s on already when we called and also the parking sucks there is no parking at this place so I had to drive two blocks for parking and paid well over $140 to park my vehicle how it was old school reminded me of titanic was beautiful and the room I had was big and clean location was good around everything where we can walk around and enjoy our stay
Exceptional Great hotel. Would be spectacular if they could bring back all of the ballrooms and underground passage to their former glory. Fantastic views of the Lake. Watching sunrise over the lake from the hotel room is amazing.

A bit of a bargain at the moment. This feels like a place where someone has bought the hotel and then just stopped investing about twenty years ago. It's an amazing place. All the staff are absolutely fantastic, the management clearly do a great job, and the place is glorious but you just get the feeling that those on high with the money to invest in it have just given up and stopped. Unique interior and very central to many attractions. Staff at both restaurants, including the cooks, seem inadequately trained and uninterested in their work. I was upgraded from a city view room to a lake view. Fabulous!
