Good Instalações antigas. O ar condicionado estava muito gelado e não consegui aumentar a temperatura. A única opção foi desligar. Quarto espaçoso, cama grande e confortável.

Lujo venido a menos El personal de recepción no fue lo más amable del mundo. El baño necesita una reforma y la decoración es algo justa. Ubicación perfecta enfrente del lago Michigan y a un par de minutos andando del Millenium Park. Hotel enorme de "lujo" clásico. Camas grandes y habitaciones tranquilas. Se puede llegar andando a todas partes.
Extremely pleasant and comfortable!!! Loved the teal/gray colors in the room. And the view of the fountain and the lake was amazing!!!

Great location, just need to renovate the rooms and bathroom. The process of draining the bathtub was very slow and the water was accumulating. The rooms need to be renovated. The pictures of the rooms look better than the reality. The location is great!

Pleasant Haunting feelings in the hallways were hard to walk through. Bathrooms are VERY slick, please be careful, there is not a strong enough ventilation for the humidity to leave after finishing a shower, you WILL SLIP. We laid towels down to avoid this. Convenient location! Walking distance from the park, museums and restaurants close to the area. Beautiful lobby and many side areas to lounge in. A community room with vending machines and a microwave to heat up food.
