Pleasant, comfortable, and convenient, but not lavish in any way. It was kind of on the older side. The air conditioning units were old and had water on the inside. The large closet space could be used instead as a second bathroom in the suite. Very close to downtown area. Museums, etc very easily accessible on foot. Was convenient to have a suite available in our situation.
The staff were amazing to help with anything, but the rooms are small and thin walls. The walls are very thin, and with lots of youth aged people there you could hear EVERYTHING. Also, the rooms are tiny! it was an interesting hotel with all the history of people who have stayed there.

Wonderful The sound proofing wasn't the best. We were on the 11th floor and could hear road noise throughout the night. Bring a noise machine and you will be fine! The room was lovely and comfortable. Loved the high ceilings. The location is stellar, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do downtown.
