Overall good - would stay again but slightly leery of check in process. They need a NEW check in system. I understand 3pm check in but when you have a FULL hotel and you know it- there has to be another means of expediting the process!!!!! Great location, old hotel but kept up.
Overall, good. The interior could use some extra cleaning and updating. We don't mind "older" for nostalgia, but it did seem somewhat "dingy". The owners should consider investing into it to get it more updated. I know that would raise the rates but I know I'd pay alittle more for the improvements. Given the historic nature of the building, I did expect it to be much more "fancy" or "glamorous". The gift shop seemed more like a corner convenience store.
