Servicio, comodidad, ubicación. Muchas habitaciones y había que caminar mucho. El desayuno muy bueno y excelente servicio, ubicación perfecta, muy céntrica, todo está cerca.

Exceptional
Enjoyed the pretty room in a great location. The fitness centre in the hotel was small, dark and smelly. A few machines, no yoga mats. I had planned to use it, but was turned off by the facility. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated in blue. However, only one side of the King bed had a night table and lamp. The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront, the Art Institute and the Riverwalk. We used the "L" train to get around, and a stop was close by.
Great hotel for a good price and location! N/A This hotel was so close to where we planned around to visit! right by bus stops with Ubers and taxis everywhere!! couldn’t have been more perfect.

Wonderful Room service came early one day so we asked if they could come back later because we wouldn't be in the room the rest of the day and they never came back. :( So, our room never got cleaned the entire time. We loved the view of the Great Lake as well as the fountain from our room. We also loved the size of the room which had a couple tables/dressers and a closet as well. The bed could have been a little bit less firm but was comfortable.
We loved the location, the staff, and the vintage style of the Congress. Bathroom door got stuck with my son inside. Engineer had to come up to get it opened. Spectacular view from our room. Location was good for our needs. Beds were good, everyone slept well.
