Would definitely stay again, and next time in Room 441!! Rooms were tiny which was fine for us as we were out early and back late. Though policy was stated up front that rooms wouldn’t be cleaned everyday, with only one tiny garbage can, we needed more routine cleaning. They gladly accommodated our needs with a quick call to the front desk. Location right in the midst of every activity. Stately, old and historic hotel.

Expected the worst from some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The grandeur is a little faded but the ho Plumbing was a little unpredictable. Room was large with a walk in wardrobe. New carpet in room and in hallway. Fantast views of the lake on the 11th floor
