Location, location, location Room was too hot and couldn't get it cooled down. Not enough pillows... One per bed. Additional pillows were those in shams- uncertain when they had been washed. Hotel restaurant: we were attending an event at the Auditorium after dinner. Restaurant didn't bring our food in time and we had to take it to our room and leave it in the fridge till after the show. Grear location, but not very comfortable rooms where very hot and noisy location
Good
Fast and Furious need to go away. Not really the fault of the place, but the street was super noisy, and people with muscle cars driving all night kept me up. Close to all the touristy spots. Easy access to a lot of places.
This was a great stay for our family trip, and I would stay here again. I would have liked a newer air conditioner, ours did not blow very strongly and the air wasn’t very cold. I personally like a cooler temp, and with the weather in the high 80s the room got a little warm at times. I loved staying in this historic hotel-the architecture was beautiful and the location perfect. Our room on the 11th floor was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was stunning.
