Beautiful, historic building One thing I would suggest is, increasing staff. One staff memeber in the bar area the night of a big event happening across the street at the Audtorium Theater was puzzling. He was bartending and serving the tables. We ended up leaving before being serviced, as did others. The view from our room over-looking Grant Park was incredible. We really liked the architecture, fixtures, and interior design. The room was very clean.

Great stay! Would definitely recommend! Nothing really, everything was great! The historical value. The location is amazing, close to everything we planned on doing. And the rooms were big with awesome views. And the bed! it was bigger than the one in my house! loved it! plus being able to store our luggage before and after check in with the bellman was great as our travel plans didn’t match up with check in/out!
