Nice place to stay and walk Michigan Ave during the day. At night take a cab or Ubber, Neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. Room had a great view of Michigan Ave and Lake Michigan. It was clean, beds were comfortable, elevators worked great.

Good location not that good installations Even you can see rooms have been renovated (painted) you still have the feeling of an old room with old furniture and old AC Location is good

I've stayed at the Congress Plaza many times and always like it. Nothing The room on the front of the building was very comfortable and I enjoyed the view of Lake Michigan and along Michigan Ave. The staff is very helpful. The location is perfect for what I like to do in Chicago.
this is a perfect weekend getaway with friends, or a perfect tourist spot on one of the busiest streets in the city. vending machines didn’t work and stole my money;( great area!!!
